As President of Merex Corporation, a training and consulting company I cofounded, I developed, administered, and delivered training programs for a variety of client organizations.

Programs for executives, managers and supervisors included:

Part of my duties included consultation for executive level management, human resources and training departments, as well as business operations. Merex trained over 10,000 employees in the US and Canada.
